i thik chris is a brilliant doctor. i saw him for the 1st time today when i went in to a and e and i only wait for about 5-10 minutes and then he saw me which was excellent.also his words about my problem ( bleeding from where i had my tonsils removed)really comforted me and made me feel much more relexed as i am only 15 so being rushed to a and e was quite scary, he also reasured me to come back if anymore problems and made me feel very welcome. thank you very much for helping me and if i every have to come back which i hope i dont i would like to see prof Bulstrode again.

Has a very reassuring/relaxed/gentle manner in a very busy A & E area. Confident, communicated well explained clearly what was wrong and the next step.

I think Chris is good because he was calming and comforting so you felt in very safe hands and I was very satisfied!
